Read down the table. A range includes every episode between its two endpoints. S02E16 means season two, episode sixteen; these are season numbers, not an absolute episode count.

This condenses Lucasfilm’s full list into consecutive blocks. The film belongs at step 3. Episode titles are omitted so you can consult the order without reading future story names.

Chronological order or release order?

Use the table if you want the events to unfold in story order. Follow its next row even when that sends you back to an earlier season. Sorting these rows by season would undo the chronology.

For a simpler alternative, watch the 2008 film and then seasons 1–7 in episode-number order. That preserves the released presentation and needs fewer manual switches. Pick one route at the start instead of changing methods partway through.

Why season seven starts with episode five here

The official sequence places S07E05–08 before S07E01–04, then finishes with S07E09–12. That is deliberate, not a missing block. All twelve season-seven episodes are included.

Check the season and episode number when resuming: a streaming service’s next-episode button normally follows its own library order, which can differ from this table.

Is this an essential-episodes cut?

No. This route rearranges the full series; it does not label episodes as filler or promise a shorter viewing time. A character-only selection would answer a different question.

The 2008 film is included once. Do not count it as a television episode or substitute the separate 2003 animated production because the titles look similar.
