Can I watch only these episodes on a first viewing?
No. Game of Thrones intercuts Arya’s story with the other families, and events outside her scenes repeatedly change her situation. This is a memory-based rewatch. Watch the full series for a first viewing; a character highlights list cannot supply the missing political and family context.
Does the list contain every Arya scene?
No. These are selected turning points across all eight seasons. Smaller encounters, travel beats and training scenes are omitted, including material between the listed episodes. An episode being absent does not make it filler or mean Arya is absent from it.
Which episodes should I revisit for Arya and the Hound?
This selection uses S03E05, S03E07, S03E09–10, S04E01 and S04E10 for the early encounters and road journey, then S08E05 for their later turning point. That is a highlights selection, not their complete shared-scene list; season four has additional road episodes between those endpoints.

The Prince of Winterfell (S02E08) contains Arya’s escape arrangement with Jaqen and the departure from Harrenhal. Their later meeting and the Braavos coin are in Valar Morghulis (S02E10). Keep both if those are the scenes you are looking for.
When does Arya leave the Faceless Men?Spoilers
No One (S06E08) resolves the Braavos confrontation and has Arya reclaim her name and decide to return home. Her return to Westeros is shown in The Winds of Winter (S06E10).
When does Arya return to Winterfell?Spoilers
The Spoils of War (S07E04) contains her return to Winterfell, reunions with Sansa and Bran, and sparring with Brienne. Stormborn (S07E02) provides the earlier decision to head north.
